Recurring every four years.

The 57th quadrennial  US presidential election will be held on Tuesday, November 6, when Northamerican people will choose the presidential electors who, one month later, will officially elect the president and the vice president of the United States.

The two candidates are the incumbent Democratic President Barack Obama (running for a second and final term) and former Massachusetts Governor, Republican Mitt Romney.

Find out where the rivals stand on each of   the key issues and what’s the explanation of some US election oddities.
